DOS Network Consultancy and Services KG LLC was setup in 2018 in the Kyrgyz Republic
Since its inception the company has provided business and infrastructure solutions to customers in the Pacific Islands, Asia, Central Asia, Africa and USA
The Company’s multiple divisions employs professionals with experience in all facets of Cellular and Mobile Data networks, IT Security, Human Resources and Retail experts to provide its customers with a range of services focused on innovative ways to optimize OPEX and CAPEX.
The Central Asian operations focuses on the markets of Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Mongolia. The company sells IT Security and Telecom Products and consultancy Services and is in the process of setting up multiple Managed Cyber Security services in these markets to deliver “in-country cloud” based cyber security to the Government, Financial and Telecom sectors
DOS.NCS@KG has formed a Joint Venture with CallPro LLC of Mongolia to provide high quality and low cost enterprises class Next Generation Call Centre and Branch Office multi-channel connectivity to help business connect with their customers across traditional and new generation telephony and messaging tools

SHAKHIDA NURKHADJYEVA – GENERAL DIRECTOR, CENTRAL ASIA OPERATIONS
Shakhida Nurkhadjyeva has over 15 years of experience in Telecom Sales and Marketing. Before joining DOS NCS, she worked as the Business Development Director for the Central Asian Cellular Forum, a Qualcomm Inc. backed marketing and technology services firm. In this capacity she worked with CEOs and CTOs of Mobile Carriers in the Central Asian, Eastern European and Caucasus countries to spread awareness and increase mind share for Qualcomm technologies and licensing methods and terms. She also worked closely with the Infrastructure suppliers like Huawei, ZTE, Lucent Technologies etc. in the region. Shakhida has a Master in Business Administration from the American University of Central Asia and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Psychology
NATARAJ SAPPANY – FOUNDING CHAIRMAN AND CEO OF DOS NCS GROUP
Nataraj Sappany has worked in the areas of IT, Networking, Telecommunications and IT Security for over 25 years. He has travelled extensively and worked with decision makers and influencers in the Telecom Industry across the globe. He has worked for organizations such as 3Com, Commworks, UTStarcom, Star Solutions and executed multi-million-dollar prestigious projects for them with Tier-1 mobile operators across the globe.
